Following is a Sample South beach diet, you can pursue this if you are looking to start on going on a low carb diet.

As a breakfast, you can take some vegetable juices, eggs, 2 slices of bacon and a cup of tea or coffee with skimmed milk and nosugar.

As a mid morning snack, you can take a bowl full of Celery stuffed with 1 wedge cheese.

During lunch, you can take chef salad which can include all green veggies, tomatoes and fruits. Avoid taking high calorie dressings.

At dinner, you can take oranges, grapefruits, steamed peas.

No carbohydrates for the first two weeks and then slowly include breads, bagels into your diet but in moderate quantities.
