It is important for everyone to keep a regular routine of certain amount of physical activity. But most of us do not start doing this until we realize that we are gaining weight.

We also keep in an illusion that only fat and obese people require regular and vigorous exercise. Where as, this is just a bad illusion we will in. Everyone has to exercise to keep fit and active. This not only keeps us away from health problems and also increases vitality.

By regular exercise you can keep your body in shape, such a routine will provide you energy and makes you efficient.
You can do variety of exercises; to begin with you can start walking and then gradually doing jogging. Most people prefer to keep their exercise regime in morning time.

If you have any health problem, you must discuss with your doctor about the most well suited exercise regime for you.
By eating healthy and regularly exercise you can increase your efficiency, immunity and ability to enjoy life.
