If you are on a weight loss regime, you would have realized that it doest get hectic and a tiring, no matter how much we try and hope it to be a quick process. We end up losing weight at a slow pace.

If we keep a realistic weight loss target, a goal that you can achieve every month this will keep you motivated. Everytime you see your weighing scale going down you feel happy and you get motivated to do more effort.

One must initially know that it will take a long time to shed off the extra pounds and we need to be patient and enjoy the daily routine.
