While it can be quite difficult to take a three teaspoon of apple vinegar initially, so couple of days you may be take a one teaspoon but after a some days you can increase and start taking a three teaspoon of apple vinegar.
Any more than three is most likely beyond what your stomach can handle anyway, due to the strongly acidic nature of the vinegar.
