You should eat peas, oat bran, pasta, rice, beans, lentils, and soy beans for reducing fat . There is a myth that you have to stay hungry; however, experts say that you should eat less food more often. For example : For increasing the metabolism, it is recommended that you eat every few hours. A small meal eaten every few hours should raise your metabolism and you won’t even feel hungry.
- Drinking : You should drink at least eight to ten glasses of water a day, because it helps in balancing the solute-solvent ratio in your body cells. Water is also used in the bi-chemical process of cells so we need to replenish the water in our body . You can also drink a glass of water before your dinner or lunch so that your stomach starts feeling full even before you have eaten anything. The effects of this would be that you will eat less.
- Exercise: Exercise is part of any fitness regimen, so you must make it a point that you work our daily and wit dedication. You can do aerobics or just stroll around in parks depending on your calorie intake.
- Reduce Stress: Stress will never let you make any positive decisions in your life. Your mind should be calm and relaxed and you should seek happiness in your life. Stress is a mental problem and you should do some meditation or yoga to address it.
- Protection from pollution: You should try to avoid any smoke infested places. As far as possible use nature friendly resources.
- Don’t Smoke: I don’t think I need to really write why you should not smoke. It is no less than suicide and you should not make mistake about it.
- Floss your teeth:Everyday Flossing your teeth is the best way to prevent the germs and diseases and keeping oral hygiene.
- More Sleep: You should sleep at least eight hours a night in a day because you your body recuperates from all the work and pressure of the work in the day.
