7 Day Diet Plan To Help You Stay Fit & Healthy

The 7-Day Diet allows people to indulge in certain foods on specific days. The diet claims to detoxify the body and leads to some weight loss. By following this diet, you could potentially lose up to 14 pounds.

The effectiveness of this seven day plan is that you burn more calories than the what your body has taken and that leads to weight loss.

This plan can be used as often as you like without any fear of complications. It is designed to flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being.

7 Day Diet Plan:

On the first day of this diet, you can eat any fruit and vegetable you desire, with the exception of bananas while you can have fruit or vegetable juices as well. The next day eat only vegetables and vegetable soup. Wednesday goes back to both fruits, vegetables, soups and juice. On Thursday you can have five bananas and five glasses of milk. Some versions say 8 bananas and 4 glasses of milk.

Go by your gut feel in that case then. After that you can eat 4 steaks of meat (3 ounces each - beef/chicken/fish) with as much green vegetables as you want while you can also eat six whole tomatoes. It’s easy to see that the diet deals with extremes in terms of food and what is allowed. On the seventh day you can also eat brown rice.

After the seven day, you will be 10-17 lbs, lighter than one week ago. If you desire further weight loss, repeat the program again.

You may repeat this program as often as you like, however, it is suggested that you take two glasses of white wine in addition to the instructions on the program. You may substitute champagne for white wine. Do not take any other alcoholic beverage in the period of this diet. Any Kinds of cream drinks are not allowed.
