Low Carb Crust Pizza

The Low Carbs Meals are very essential for your weight loss diet plan. Many foods and dishes contain low carb which is good if you want to lose weight and still keep eating without to skipping your meals.

Now a days it is the great thing many fast food outlets are also offering low carbohydrate content foods. Sometimes, you can try out a recipe at home too, I would like to share the following Fast food recipe of Low carb crust pizza.

This crust pizza contains about 20 net carbs . If sliced into 8 pieces each pieces has about 2.5 net carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup Flax Meal
  • 1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Almond or Hazelnut Meal
  • 4 Ounces Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Toppings ( add the carbs)

Equipments:

  • Non Metal Mixing Bowl
  • Cookie Sheet
  • 2 Pieces of Parchment Paper
  • Rolling Pin

Instructions to prepare:
Firstly Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In the mixing bowl, Microwave cream cheese for 30 second to soften. Whisk the eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese. To add the mozzarella cheese. At this time, you may need to mix these by hand.

Roll dough into ball and place in between two large sheet of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, flatten dough until it is not too thick and not too thin. Remove top layer of parchment paper. Place Pizza dough with bottom parchment paper on to the cookie sheet.

Do not add topping yet. Bake crust at 400 degree for 16 to 18 minutes or until it golden color. Remove from oven. Add desired sauce and toppings, after that put in the oven for again 10 minutes until cheese gets bubbly. Eat Hot and be Guilt free!
