Overweight people must choose appropriate program that causes no side effects to their body and reduces the risks of health diseases. However, it takes a lot of time to change someone’s eating habits but you have to start some where with something that has worked for most.
No one can force a person to join a weight lose program. Its up to him if he wants to lose weight by implementing the strict rules under any weight lose program.
If you are trying to lose weight quickly, up to 10-17 lbs in a week then following is the weight loss diet plan that you must not miss trying. It has worked for many people I know and it is easy to implement too.
Seven Day Weight loss program
The usefulness of this special program lies behind the fact that the food we eat under a plan burns more calories compared to the food that is taken according to the caloric value.
It’s highly suggested that you restrict the consumption of alcohol and start drinking 8-10 glasses of water each day for the first seven days. One of the schedules that works under this program is as follows:
Day 1: You can eat all the fruits except bananas. Your first day consists of consuming all fruits. It is strongly recommended that you take lots of melons in your fruits. If you take only melons during the first day then there are chances that you lose approx 3 lbs on first day and its very good. You are preparing yourself for complete program. Fresh fruits are the source of nutrition and moreover it’s a very perfect food provided by nature.
Day 2: You have to feed only on the vegetables on second day. Eat until you are finished with all the raw and cooked vegetables of your choice. On this very day, you will need to start taking complex carbohydrates along with an oily dose. This must be taken in the morning to acquire the required energy and for maintaining the balance. During the rest of the day you are required to take the vegetables that are caloric free and provides you with the essential nutrients and fiber content.
Day3: Take a mixture of all fruits and vegetables except bananas and potatoes. You can take this mixture in any quantity. During the second day, you have acquired enough carbohydrates from the fruits and vegetables. Your system has now prepared to start burning the excess pounds.
Day 4: On the day 4, you are advised to eat only bananas and milk. Try to consume 8 bananas and three glass of milk on this day. These bananas and milk provides you with the sodium and potassium that you are lacking during the first three days.
Day 5: You have to eat lean beef and tomatoes. Also, increase your water intake by one quart. Here the beef is for providing you with the required iron and proteins. For digestion and fiber, you are advised to take the potatoes. You must consume six tomatoes.
Day 6: Again only feed on beef and vegetables. An unlimited amount of beef and vegetables may be taken. These beefs and vegetables are for providing iron, proteins, vitamins and fibers. You will be seeing a noticeable difference in your physical appearance.
Day 7: Today is the last day of your seven day weight loss program and its quite obvious that you will be feeling very relaxed and today you are free to consume brown rice, fruit juices and vegetables.
Next morning, you will find yourself 10-17 lbs lighter then before. Results may vary person to person. Although this weight loss plan has 100% success rate in most programs.
