  • Restrict consumption of alcohol to a moderate amount as it contains a lot of calories.
  • Consuming more fiber, vegetables, and fruits and toned dairy products that help your body system to function just right.
  • Avoid using oil or butter while cooking food as these contain lots of fats and calories.
