This is a sample Detox Diet Plan. As your breakfast you have to eat just melon. You are allowed to eat as much as you like and feel completely content. You can eat any kind of melons like honeydew, cantaloupe, or Watermelon.

At Lunch you have to eat only oranges, grapefruit or pineapples or plums. Again you can eat as much as you want to, make sure your hunger is satisfied.

Around evening you must take a glass of fresh carrot juice.

As a supper you can eat just apples, pears, grapes or bananas. Eat just one type of fruit at a time and eat until you are content. During complete detox diet plan cycle for a week you can keep changing the fruit types.

You can do light physical activity while you are on this detox plan, you can easily continue to do your household chores or light office work.

One must not over do work or exercise while being on this diet. Also enough rest is important so make sure to take enough sleep.
