The Tända acne removal system is best used on mild or moderate acne, not severe nodular acne or severe cystic acne. Mild acne involves several inflamed pimples, and less than 20 whiteheads, less than 25 inflamed red pimples, or less than 30 pimples in total. Moderate acne is defined as being 20 to 100 whiteheads, 15 to 50 inflamed pimples, or 30 to 125 total pimples. Severe nodular acne is defined as including more than five cysts, more than 100 whiteheads, or more than 125 total lesions. Severe cystic acne is defined by many nodular cystic lesions that may include scars.
The Tända acne solution requires you to cleanse your skin, apply the pre-treatment gel, and then apply the light solution for three minutes to the affected area. Do this twice each day for best results.
If you have mild or moderate acne, the Tända acne solution can help treat your acne. If your acne is best described as being severe nodular acne or severe cystic acne, talk to your dermatologist to discuss your best treatment options.
