3 Day Diet

There are a lot of varieties of three-day diets that are being passed on from one person to another and can be seen online. Both promise to help lose weight in just a matter of three days.  Up until now, it is still unknown as to where the three-day diet came from. Some people even believed that the three-way diet is sent and passed by people through fax during the 80’s. The three-day diet is also known to have a lot of names. The three day diet is also called as the Army diet, Cleveland Clinic diet or Navy diet among many others. Some three-day diet versions are claimed by a lot of institutions but not one institution came forward, claimed full responsibility or recommended the three-day diet. There was one medical institution, British Heart Foundation or the Cleveland Clinic that happened to have their name named after the three-day diet. This medical institution exerted effort to let dieters know that the three-day diet did not originate from them. Since there are a lot of three-day diets, the most common three-day diet that is being promoted online suggests eating large quantities of tuna and vegetables during the day and finishes up with eating ice cream in the evening. This said three day diet has a similarity to the three-day diet being sold on a specific website, 3daydiets.net, but, up until now, it has been unclear whether they are just one of the many varieties of the three-day diets or if they are the developer of the three-day diet since they have not claimed any responsibility.

3 Day Diet Plans

The most well loved and common three day diet is a three-day diet with a meal plot. The three-day diet meal plot is the one that provided instructions on what a dieter should eat in every meal. There are a lot of specific in each meal plot and theses specifics vary. Other three-day diet meal plans allow just about anything while others are pretty strict only allowing water, diet soda, tea and coffee. Most of the three-day meal plans require dieters to drink at least 4 glassed of water daily. Some three-day diet meal plans also allow water to be substituted with diet sodas.

10 Pound in 3 Day Diet

Three-day diets are diets that promise dieters to lose 10 pounds in just a matter of 3 days. 10 pounds can really be shed off in just three days provided that the diet and the instructions that come along with the diet are followed thoroughly. The three-day diet is a combination of foods that helps increase metabolism that is basically needed by the body in burning stout. How the three-day diet works was never made clear on how it works or how exactly it’s reaction to the body is supposed to be. The diet’s instruction often allows dieter to continue the three-day diet after a few days of eating regularly. Some three day diets allow repetition after two to five days of regular eating. The three-day diet’s goal is to help dieters lose weight and not change a dieter’s lifestyle or eating habits. Some three-day diets require dieters to not overeat. There are no exercise recommendations that come along with a three-day diet. A dieter is supposed to lose weight using a three-day diet just mainly because of increased metabolism and low calorie intake.
