ADHD or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is one of the most common childhood disorders that can even be brought to adolescence and adulthood.   • Cut Chocolate Intake by 90% – one must eat only eat not more than a single piece of chocolate once a week.
  • Avoid Processed Meats and Monosodium Glutamate or MSG
  • Avoid Food Colorings Whenever Possible
  • Cut Fried Foods by 90%
  • Cut Sugar Intake by 90%
